Success Can Cause an Adaptation Crisis

Focusing your thoughts to imagine a better life works. For decades I have tested and studied and worked in my own life and with many clients and friends to experience over and over that mind power is effective. Very effective.

You attract more and more of what you focus on. When you use your thoughts to focus it can be laser sharp. When you charge those thoughts with feelings, those feelings can color the manifestation of those thoughts.

Buddha has said that all that we are arises from our thoughts. This article is not about proving that thought power works incredibly. This article is to help you from my extensive experience, For me to help you to realize that WHEN you succeed to apply a method or technique to imagine an improvement in your life it will have an effect. And that effect which is caused by your action will have an impact on you.

That impact is what often is experienced as what I am calling the crisis of change.

The more powerful the results that you realize from your work with mind power to make your dreams come true in real life, the more you are at risk to experience the side effects and dangers of change shock.

Lets take the example of someone who is in a relationship, who applies a technique to visualize and imagine they have a better relationship. Then they meet someone and start a better relationship. And suddenly the old relationship is ending and all the stress and adaptation and fears and insecurities about starting a new relationship are part of the experience of this person we are imagining here.

Or someone imagines that they have a new job. And they get a new job. And that means a whole new adaptation to a whole new situation.

A person who imagines a lot more money, and they get it, and now they have to figure out a new tax situation and relate to people differently and shopping is a new and more demanding experience!

At one time I got a new computer and my idea was to switch from my old computer to my new better faster computer. My imagination to manifest a new computer worked brilliantly. Now I had two computers and imagined working with them both in a whole new setup. It turned out that as much as I liked the new situation it was a lot of work to make the changeover and it took a lot of time and I did not realize how much I had got comfortable with the way I had the old computer set up. Change shock.

The main purpose of my writing this today is so that you can simply realize that change shock exists. So that you prepare for it. So that when you imagine something new and better in your life, you also imagine that the surrounding conditions are supportive and easy. For example when I imagine a new car I imagine that the fuel, and insurance, and parking, and maintenance are all taken care of too.

Attracting More Money!

When it comes to money, most of us were raised to believe there is a lack of abundance in the world–a limited amount of money and resources that we must fight over like rats competing over scraps of cheese.

Not that many years ago, I had this same belief. I remember when I first read The Science of Getting Rich, by Wallace Wattles. This classic work is based on the philosophy of Monism which claims there is no limit to the abundance of the world, and whatever appears in our lives is the merely the result of our habitual way of thinking.

At the time, I was definitely not ready to hear this, and my logical mind began to ridicule the idea as superstitious mumbo jumbo. But the more I learned about the mind, and the power our subconscious mind, I slowly began to understand that we do create our own lives: we create our own limitations; and we create our own success, failure, luck, and yes, even our own wealth.

As I studied more and moved beyond the initial disbelief, it became clear that I needed to make some changes in my life-I began to see that I had created my life exactly as it was (both the good and the bad), and in order to get a different result, I would need to create something different.

One of my first steps was to begin replacing my old belief in lack and limitation with a new belief in abundance and infinite potential, and this required me to take a (sometimes unpleasant) look at the habits I had developed over the years.

I had grown very accustomed to looking at the world, myself and money in a certain way. We all do this to some point-we “settle” on a particular way of seeing the world (our paradigm) and go about our lives without thinking about it much it all.

I came to see that I was running on autopilot the majority of the time. My beliefs and habits did not always serve me very well, but I was comfortable with them, like an old faded blanket, so I simply allowed the “program” to run, unquestioned.

But in order to change my habitual way of “seeing” the world, I had to replace my old way of thinking with new habits and new beliefs. And the primary way I achieved this was by repetition.

Repetition is how humans learn everything. Think about driving a car: you practice over and over until you don’t have to think about it any longer-at that point you are simply running on autopilot-your subconscious mind has taken over and you have internalized the new habits and beliefs.

The more often we remind ourselves of our new habits and beliefs, the quicker we assimilate them into our life, and one very effective way of speeding up this process is through the practice of visualization. Try this simple exercise:

When you first wake in the morning, sit in meditation for a few minutes. Visualize your life exactly as you would like it too be, including the income you would like to have. Remind yourself that there is no lack-no limitation. Become the abundance that is all around you.

And then at night as you are ready to fall asleep, visualize the same abundance and success in your life, and express gratitude that this abundance is already on its way to you.

Finally, I recommend making a gratitude list everyday (even 4-5 times a day if you have time!). Gratitude is the easiest way to bring abundance into your life. It pushes all the right abundance “buttons” when you focus your attention on what you are grateful for, and brings you into harmony with the good that you want.

Gratitude is a part of nearly all wealth attractions methods, and with good reason: it works! Make it your habit to never let the sun go down without giving thanks for what is good and right in your life. And you don’t always have to write it down-make a mental gratitude list if you like. I often do this in the car or while waiting for an appointment.

In fact, I’ve made gratitude lists for so long now that I tend to do it everyday automatically. Through repetition, gratitude has become my habitual way of thinking, and so my mind automatically turns to the subject without having to think much about it.

You see, this autopilot thing can actually work for you, as well as against you. Through repetition, you decide what your “autopilot” will be set on: lack and limitation, or prosperity and wealth. As always, the choice is entirely yours.

You Are The Architect

To have prosperity in life you must understand the Law of Attraction. Everything in your life was invited, created and attracted by you through your thoughts, words and emotions. You actually Designed Your Life. Some people are not aware of it and are actually kind of scared when they realize that they are responsible for their lives. All of the good and what you might call bad things were attracted to you by you.

We all have conscious choices, but most of us are not aware that we make them. We think that life just happened. We forget that we are creators by nature. That is how our Supreme Being created us. We have to take responsibility for our lives and attract what we desire. We are responsible for our thoughts, our feelings, and for every result we get. If someone does something to us, we are responsible for how we react to the situation. We are in control of all our situations, even if we are out of control, we are responsible for that too.

Once a thought or idea is accepted as truth by our conscious mind, it acts upon those thoughts and beliefs as though it were our reality. We really are the creators or designers of our lives. We are unconsciously creating our lives by default, or we consciously design our lives. All of the things that you think about, speak about, write about, you bring about, whether it is positive or negative. You have to take control of the things that you are creating in your life. We breathe life into all of our thoughts and ideas so we have to be mindful of our thoughts and spoken word.

If you do not like the things that are happening in your life, you have to change your thoughts. That is the only way that you can change your reality. Remember that it is the dominant thought that brings about your reality. To change your thoughts from what is occurring right now in your reality you might have to tell yourself the opposite of what is happening. If you tell yourself a lie long enough it will become your reality. One day when you do not feel so great, yell out at the top of your lungs and wave your hands in the air and say, I Feel Superfantastic. Say it with a smile on your face, even if it is a fake smile. Continue saying it until you feel better. I guarantee that after saying it about five times, you will shake the sticky spirit off that once existed. That is an example of telling yourself a lie or the opposite of how you really feel and the new thoughts or words becoming your reality.

I said all of this to say that you can deliberately choose what you desire or you can allow it to happen by default. You can think that life is a series of random events that you have no control over, or you can take responsibility for your lives and make them happen. If you are tired of just letting things happen, starts slowing down your thought processes enough so that you are not always reacting to situations, but you are responding to them. You actually have a choice in what you are going to think, what you are going to say, and how you are going to respond to events that occur in your life.

Learning To Respond To Past Memories

I want you to try to return to your cradle. Do you remember the time when you lay in the cradle kicking up your toes - and possibly kicking up a row at the same time?

Do you remember the time when you were taking your first lesson in walking, and the floor seemed to wobble a good deal, and you tried to steady things by balancing yourself a little heavily on one leg and then on the other, and finally finished up by making a slight dent in the linoleum with the point of your poor little nose?

Do you remember the time when you had an idea that anything and everything in this world existed simply and solely for your special purposes, and that all you had to do in order to obtain your desire at all times was to put out your hands for it? And if you did not get just what you put your hands out for, and have your wish immediately gratified, how you would yell with an extremely great lustiness, and keep up the din until you were practically exhausted?

Do you remember the time when you first went to school, and some other little boy (or some other little girl) made faces at you, or threw mud at you, or did something else similarly mean, so that you had an overpowering realization that this is a wicked, wicked world indeed; and that there is only one place within the vast confines of this vale of woe where any God’s child can ever expect to exist in peace and comfort, and this place was at your mother’s knee - a place where by snuggling you could shut out the bad exterior world from your vision?

Probably you do not remember any of these things; nevertheless, no memories are lost. The memories of every experience which we have undergone from the cradle are stored in the great unconscious mind; and many of these memories can be recalled under certain conditions and by certain procedures.

By means of the analytic method we now know that our temperamental characteristics and general mental attitudes are what they are solely by reason of the influences of this vast deposit of buried memories. We know, also, that our conscious conduct is largely motivated by these buried memories. We know, in fact, that we think as we do, and feel as we do, wholly by reason of the existence of these stupendous unconscious influences.

You have heard such terms as subconscious mind, unconscious mind, subliminal mind, and various other sorts of minds. Let us simplify things by considering the two very matter-of-fact terms conscious and unconscious.

The conscious mind needs no special definition, for we will consider it in the ordinary sense in which the term is used - to mean the reasoning faculties. By the term unconscious, psychoanalysts mean anything and everything that is not conscious.

Please don’t think of the term unconscious as an adjective, however. When I use the term unconscious I do not mean an unconscious mental condition, but a mental place.

Every memory that becomes stored in the unconscious has some intensifying or neutralizing influence on previously stored memories of similar complexion; and every time that you have held a thought in the consciousness in relation to a memory (thinking), you have produced a certain modification of some sort or other on this stored mental material. The thoughts that come up into the consciousness as a result of a stirring up by means of attention are therefore derived from these tremendous possibilities.

The consciousness is only a very puny mental area in comparison with the vast extent of unconscious thought activities existing beneath it. Not a billionth part of the memories of past experiences is available for direct utilization; nevertheless they all influence the conscious conduct - directly or indirectly. In fact, these influences constitute the actual foundations of the personality.

The results of conscious attention in liberating memories in the unconscious mental storehouse are governed wholly by what are in reality mechanical processes; nevertheless the nature and extent of these possibilities are fabulous.

5 Ingredients For Success In Law of Attraction

In this article, I will outline 5 ingredients for success in the Law of Attraction. Make the Law of Attraction a part of your life to achieve your goals and dreams. Whatever you want in your life, you can accomplish. Be it wealth, health, happiness, love and more.

Ingredient 1 is The Science of Getting Rich

There is a book that you should read to help you fully understand the Law of Attraction and how it can help you in your life with anything you want to achieve. The Science of Getting Rich, by Wallace D. Wattles can help guide you through how you can change your negative thoughts, doubts, worries, and fears into positive thinking and how this will help you achieve what you want in your life.

Ingredient 2 is Thoughts Become Reality

Your thoughts do actually physically manifest themselves in your life. Therefore, when you think negatively, those thoughts will bring about negative things in your life, ie. things you do not want. Negative thoughts attract negative events and things. The Law of Attraction can help you change your way of thinking. When you think positively you will attract positive things in your life. Your positive thinking can help you make those positive things in your life become a reality.

Ingredient 3 is Redirect Your Energy

You can redirect your energy by controlling your thoughts. Remember your thoughts do not have control over you, you are the one (and the only one) who can change the way you think. If you are like most people, you might constantly think about what you do not have. This is a waste of your energy and incurs negative thoughts about your life and yourself. You need to redirect your energy to be grateful for everything, and everyone you have in your life. By being grateful you will realize that you have a lot more than you thought you did, that you may not need more material things, that you have accomplished more in your life than you are giving yourself credit for, and that you can achieve what you want in your life. This takes the focus off of the negative thoughts of what you do not have, what you cannot have, and what you wish you had and redirects your energy toward being grateful for your life and everything in it.

Ingredient 4 is Visualization and Goal Setting

Positive visualization and proper goal setting is the platform from which you jumpstart your life and reaching your dreams. With positive visualization you can help your mind think positively and attract positive things in your life. You should spend at least five minutes a day with visualization. You should feel peaceful, relaxed, and calm. Visualize your goals and dreams using all of your senses. Visualize yourself as the person who has already accomplished these goals and dreams.

Ingredient 5 is Positive Actions Bring You What You Want

None of these ingredients of the Law of Attraction will work for you if you do nothing to make them happen. You must take action toward accomplishing your goals and dreams. Take the necessary steps to get there and you will.

Leading Your Way To Success

Unless you are a leader in your work, you cannot succeed greatly because great people know how to lead others. If your work is making, handling or creating things, or if it is using words, or if it is managing and directing people, you do not succeed unless you lead in your particular line of work.

There are thousands-yes, millions-of people who work well and faithfully from youth to old age. Yet, they never attain to that which we call success. By efficient work, they just hold their own. They do not succeed greatly, because they do not lead in the work they do.

But; if you make better things than others make, or make them a little more rapidly, or more efficiently, you lead in making things and your reward is success in that line.

If you handle things more effectively than others handle them, you become a leader in handling things, and your leadership brings you success.

If you create things-that is, discover or invent them-you become a leader by creating things, and attain to success, providing that you render service by marketing the things you create.

If you work with words, you may use them as does a copyist, or a stenographer, and not succeed greatly in life. In using words, the stenographer is usually a follower-following the use of words, which are dictated by another.

So long as the stenographer remains a follower in the use of words, he can improve his position only by increase of speed, or accuracy, or neatness. But, if in part, he becomes a leader in the use of words-able to use them so that he can take charge of a part of the correspondence of his employer-he becomes a leader in his field, and his compensation is doubled.

There is always a possibility of securing increased compensation and abundance, by one phase of leadership-no matter in what field of work you find yourself!

Of course, there are other fields of leadership in the use of words. The person who thinks vividly and expresses himself in vivid imagery, leads all others. He becomes the great author, the great dramatist, the great orator, the great preacher, the great attorney, or the great public leader who inspires us and leads us to a higher and more efficient life.

In justice, the compensation, which the world gives, not only for different kinds of work, but for leadership in each kind of work, varies. If you lead in doing things, you receive a certain compensation. If you lead in using words, you receive a greater compensation. If you lead in handling people, you attain to the great reward-for, such leadership is the most difficult and the most needed.

There are only three fields of work: (1) making, handling, or creating things, (2) using words; and (3) leading and directing people.

Choose the field in which you wish to lead, on the dual basis of ability and service-the field in which you can render the greatest service to others for the longest time. Your native ability is the first factor, which determines your choice, and the needs of others is the second. Of this second factor, it seems unnecessary to write a word-for you know that you will fail if you choose a work which others do not need, just as you would fail if you should invest in a factory to make one-horse shays!

Determine your skill set, become a leader in that skill set, find a need and start trying to fill it. Then hold on to your hat because you’re on the way to becoming an entrepreneur.

The Power of the Mind Body Connection

What is the mind? Obviously it’s got to do with thought, so it’s kind of related to the brain. And the brain’s pretty important, the boss of your body, sending signals to breathe, pump the heart, move the muscles, and function.

Here’s how the mind body connection works:

The Conscious Mind

This is the part that thinks. Your conscious mind makes decisions, reasons, holds preferences, makes plans, sets goals, and chooses what to think about all day. This is the part of your mind that enjoys free will. You also process what you experience in your conscious mind. You use it to imagine and create. You make decisions about what you will and won’t do, will and won’t believe, will and won’t concentrate on. You focus on a project or goal. You reason, weigh options, and find solutions. You choose the thoughts you create, or settle for thoughts someone else tries to give you. You’ve got the power to accept or reject any idea that comes to your mind. Nobody and nothing can force you to think about something you don’t want to think about. Whichever way you go, you imprint your conscious thoughts onto your subconscious mind. It’s as if your conscious mind is the king. The king makes his wishes known, and everyone else jumps into action to comply.

The Subconscious Mind

Your subconscious is fascinating, wild, vast, and mysterious. High achievers have worked to gain a solid understanding of how the subconscious mind works. They understand the power of the subconscious mind, how it affects their results in a very powerful way.

The subconscious mind isn’t confined to your brain, it lives and works in every cell of your body. This is the part of your mind that swings into action at night when you dream, no rules, no logic, no limits, no impossibilities. When you awaken, your subconscious mind snaps to attention, ready to ask “how high” when your conscious mind tells it to jump. It is completely without reason, without the power to differentiate truth from lies; it accepts every thought without question.

Your conscious mind impresses thought after thought on your subconscious mind, which in turn demonstrates these thoughts through your feelings and actions. It expresses your conscious thoughts through feelings and actions. Thoughts that are frequent and repeated burn themselves deeply into the subconscious mind, becoming a fixture in your personality. These fixed ideas take on lives of their own, becoming habits and paradigms. Living these ideas becomes effortless because of the repetition. Changing these ideas requires purposeful effort.

The subconscious mind is the faithful servant to the king, the conscious mind. It exercises every resource to obey when the conscious mind makes a statement or request. It doesn’t discriminate between what seems possible, likely, healthy, good, or bad. A huge part of your subconscious mind’s job is to “make it so.” It commands your body and your senses to do its bidding. You think, “I’d like to find a great home-based business opportunity.” Your subconscious says, “Right on it!” and commissions your to look for home-based business opportunities. Similarly, if you think, “I’m never going to fall asleep. I’m going to be exhausted tomorrow,” your subconscious mind still says, “Right on it!” and marshals every thought, anxiety, and obscure song lyric you’ve ever heard in order to keep you up all night and leave you feeling exhausted the next day.

The subconscious mind is a tireless and efficient worker. It does whatever it is told, without question. It accepts every thought your conscious mind plants there and does everything possible to obey completely and immediately.

The Body

Successful people pay close attention to their bodies, too. They recognize that the body is just the outward manifestation of the inside elements, conscious and subconscious mind. Our bodies, full of vibration, perform and look the way they do because of the internal workings that impact it. In learning to interpret our bodies’ signals, we become more attuned to our feelings and others’ as well as other non-verbal communications between people.

Your body houses your conscious and sub-conscious mind. It is the tool your mind uses to enact your thoughts. Your body brings about the actions and results your mind directs. Your body is like the fruit on a tree. It shows what you think about; it does what you command it to do; it obeys your subconscious mind in its commission to fulfill the orders your conscious mind gives. Rather like a field that’s ready to harvest, your body is a visual demonstration of the thoughts you’ve planted and tended. Your body doesn’t think at all, it simply serves as a canvas for your mind, it shows on the outside whatever is going on on the inside. It is a result, not a cause.

When you’re going about making changes in your life, it would be foolish to start on the outside and work your way inward. The quality of the inside determines the appearance and performance of the outside. So, it only makes sense to focus on the mind body connection. Focus on your thoughts first, and watch what happens through your body

Attitude is Everything

Bill’s sitting in traffic, his attitude stinks, so he feels angry at the other drivers for being in the way. He wishes they’d disappear, they’re not even human to him anymore, and he doesn’t remember that they’ve got lives, destinations, concerns, joys, and dreams. He just wants them gone. He knows he did this to himself, by leaving too late to account for traffic. He hates being late, but he’s finding himself late more and more often. But, right before he left, he grouched at his family, couldn’t find his socks, and then decided he had to take a quick peek at email. So he left no room to spare in his drive time. And now he’s looking at a sea of brake lights, waiting through several turns of the traffic light. Fuming. He can feel his pulse on his forehead, a ticking bomb. Finally, he sees the hold-up, an accident. He feels awful because of his selfish impatience, for a moment.

OR

Tracy’s sitting in the same traffic jam, even though she left early. But she’s listening to an audio book, reading when she’s at a standstill, or taking the time to breathe deeply and meditate. She’s counting her blessings, taking time to be grateful for all that she is, has, and hopes for. She wonders about the other drivers around her, and notices some really grouchy guy in the car to the right. Looks like he might explode, is that his pulse beating on his forehead? She says a prayer for him and all the other drivers, too. She knows that when she finally gets where she’s got to go, she’ll be able to cope with any effects of being late from the traffic.

There is a world of difference between these two commutes. And it’s all because of attitude. No big surprise, your attitude affects your success in every area of your life, from your relationships to your finances, from your physical health to your appearance, from how long you’ll live to how effective you’ll be in your business.

An attitude is made of our thoughts, feeling, and ultimately, our actions. It’s formed in that order too. Our thoughts create our feelings which direct our actions.

Notice that thoughts come first. It might seem strange, because it certainly seems like our feelings hijack our thoughts and propel us into actions, not the other way around. But you’ll see, as we look at how your mind works, that your thoughts are the real powerhouse, the boss, the launch pad that sets everything else in motion. Each thought is powerful, for your good or your harm.

Feelings can be overwhelming, seemingly uncontrollable, driving you toward inevitable actions. It’s critical to learn how to control your feelings and actions before anything is set in motion. Either way, for good or for bad results, our thinking and feeling determine how things work out in our lives. Our results are just that, the effects of what’s going on inside us.

Before you can really get going on the direction of change, you’ve got to do an attitude check first. You can read until your eyeballs fall out and your fingers get calloused from turning pages, but without the right attitude in place, you’re wasting your time. With a poor attitude, there’s no information on Earth that can help you change your life. Take a look at your attitude about yourself, your life, the people in your life, your finances, your health, and your place in the universe. How does it look? There are lots of things in life you really don’t have much of a choice about, but your attitude is not one of them. Your attitude is completely up to you. We can tell you right away, that a positive, grateful attitude is the best way to go. Gratitude, for what you’ve already got, for where you live, who you know, all that you are, and all that you’re not, is the place to start. How can you ever expect to receive more in life, to be more in life, without appreciating how far you’ve already come?

Your attitude is a choice. Success is all about making great choices, and this is the first one you need to tackle. It might take practice. It might take reminding yourself. It might even take a “fake it ’til you make it” stance, but you’ve got to do it.

Learn To Have Confidence With Men

Interacting with the opposite gender can be lots of fun. It can also, from time to time, be a hair-pulling experience.

Bottom line is this: we think differently, process information differently, and whether liberal or not, society holds different expectations for each gender.
So, as much as we’d like to operate in a gender-distinction-free world, we don’t.

Given this, how can you develop confidence with men?

First, some prerequisites to confidence in general:

Strong sense of self-Know who you are, and what’s important to you Self-acceptance-Love yourself-truly!
Manage your boundaries-What are they? Define them? What can people no longer do to you? What’s your response when they violate them? Assertiveness-Say what you mean, and mean what you say always! Don’t back-off just because someone else is laying the guilt trip,or intimidating you(there are other articles on this site addressing the above)

Now, let’s talk about confidence in the context of friendships/relationships with men.Get clear on what’s important to you in your friendships and relationships:

Have a clear understanding of your values, interests, and boundaries. Write down what’s important to you, communicate them, and expect everyone around you to respect and honor those things. Get that there are differences, but that the similarities often outweigh them:

Hormones, chromosomes, and life experiences all result in the subtle, and not so subtle differences between men and women. You may want to ask your male friends for their perspective regarding what they think are some differences, and how they interpret them. But remember, that above all we are all human therefore we share many basic needs, interests and emotions!

So, after you get over his manly attraction, shift focus and see him as just another person. Remember that Gumby was single:

Of course, all relationships require some degree of flexibility. But, the key here is this: don’t try to bend and shape yourself based on what you think men want. Be yourself, and you will find someone who values you as you are, without the backache. Reflect on what’s important to you, and figure out where you are willing/unwilling to be flexible in a relationship with a man.

Inquire to understand:

Really, same rules apply with men as they do with a new female friend, etc. Be curious, inquire, and get to know who this guy is. What are his needs, wants, and interests. How do they match up with yours?

Appreciate a different perspective:

There’s always something to be learned from difference. Men sometimes think women are too emotional. Women sometimes think men are too shallow.

There’s something to be said for each perspective: sometimes it behooves us to just relax and not react, just as sometimes we can enjoy ourselves more if we appreciate the simple things in life rather than look for the deeper meaning behind every action or event.

Learn how to complement one another:

Yin and Yang.

Night and day.

Men and women-same concept.

The world could not continue to revolve without the different perspectives. We complement one another.
Your job is to find someone who complements you. What are your strengths as a woman? What are your challenges as a woman?

As you meet men, learn about their strengths and challenges and how you might complement one another.

Now get out there and mingle! And, create or find a few affirmations/mottos to keep you inspired and confident. Some of my favorites include:

I am worthy! There’s someone for everyone! We all have a soulmate, but. We don’t just have one soulmate!

The Focus Factor

There’s a thing called autosuggestion, and by regularly reviewing the details of your goals, you’re doing it. When you give your goal the focus factor, you visualize it and firmly plant an image of achieving this goal into your sub-conscious mind. You’ve made a massive deposit into the vault, and now it’s going to start vibrating, attracting results that will bring it to fruition.

Make this process work more efficiently by rewriting this goal in great detail every day for a month. Use your Vision on Demand technology to visualize it, and turn it over and over in your mind, adding in all of the sensory details. What are the sounds, sights, smells, tastes, feelings of achieving this goal? Give your goal the focus factor daily, because doing this is like fertilizing the seed you’ve planted. Keep the weeds away by rejecting thoughts that contradict your goal. Protect it. You don’t want to parade your dream in front of people who don’t get it, and don’t support your efforts. They’ll spray their toxic beliefs all over you, and you’ll have a harder time if you allow yourself to be exposed to that.

By getting your goal crystal clear in your mind, down to the smallest detail, and by visualizing yourself as already having achieved it, you put yourself into a great vibration. You need to understand that by doing this, you have your success already, in your mind and your emotions. All that separates you from having it physically is time. How much time? Just the right amount and probably less than you’d imagine. How will it happen? The how will appear if you stay focused on the what of your goal.

There will be days when your goal seems impossible. If your goal is big enough, you’ll run into obstacles. Most obstacles are big enough to stop most people in their tracks. You’ve got to want your goal badly enough that you won’t let go. The emotional ups and downs of going after something big are just part of the journey, you learn to course-correct, to find more effective ways to go for it.

Your job is to take massive, meaningful action in the direction of your goal. Carry your goal with you on an index card. Just knowing it’s with you, just touching that card in your pocket is enough to remind and recharge you. Focus on your vibration and your actions rather than results, focus on your vision. Keep walking, running toward your goal day after day.
